Shipping Policy

When you place an order for Products through the Site, the Products will be shipped to the address you designate as the “Shipping Address” during the checkout process.

  • UK Shipping Costs/Times –

Free UK Shipping on orders over £25.00 – 3-5 working days

£5.00 for orders under £25.00

  • International shipping – The cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping zone. The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorises Full Spectrum CBD to import the goods on his behalf. The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
  • Shipping restrictions – Our products can be shipped worldwide with the exception of the following countries: UAE, RUSSIA, MALAYSIA
  • Missing or lost packages – We track all of our parcels. If your shipment hasn’t arrived in the times specified above please contact us at info@full-spectrumcbd.co.uk and we will investigate this further.

 

Returns and Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products, they must be completely unopened and unused in order to receive a full refund (excluding shipping charges). You will be responsible for the return postage. Please send us an email to info@full-spectrumcbd.co.uk  to process your return. There may be a processing fee in order to complete your return, this will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, the issue must be reported to our support team (info@full-spectrumcbd.co.uk ) within 48 hours of delivery to receive a replacement item. We may request for you to email us pictures of damaged or defective merchandise prior to issuing a refund or exchange. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and exchanges are only for exact item purchased unless the item is no longer available. If a defective item is returned and shows signs of being dropped or physically damaged which is determined to be the cause of the defect, we have the right to refuse a refund.
